You will actively seek new business opportunities while managing existing accounts, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions tailored to their needs. - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance and financial service requirements.
- Present and explain State Farm products and services, including auto, home, life, and health insurance, to prospective and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the agent to design and execute marketing campaigns that promote products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy renewals using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about State Farm products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to assess their coverage and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate in community events and outreach initiatives to enhance the agency's visibility and reputation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must obtain a state insurance license within a specified timeframe (if not already licensed).
Compensation $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
